Sony Ensure that NGP Presents This Year
Sony ensures that the earthquake which hit Japan some time ago, will not change the company plans to present the successor to the PlayStation Portable, Sony NGP.
Previously it was reported, one official at Sony said it would delay the launch Sony NGP, who planned to attend the final quarter of this year. But the President of Sony's Tretton Entertaimen America directly refute it.
Especially for Sony NGP, a company based in Japan that is expected to launch a successor to the PlayStation Portable in the near future. The source said, on November 11, will be a great time for Sony to release the NGP.
Quoted a source who declined to be named, the NGP will arrive in Europe the first time in a unique date (11/11/11). Later, this device has a touch-panel on the front and touch-pad in the back to allow the player pressing machine when I want to move the picture. There was also a regular button and switch to complete the keypad to simplify the process of playing games.
Sony is also providing third-generation wireless connection and wifi to access social networking while playing the game or to download directly. The screen size of five inches with OLED technology that can deliver quality images and good color. Even four times better than the previous PSP.

- SizeThe NGP measures 182.0 mm x 18.6 mm x 83.5mm (width x height x depth), which it is about 7.2 inches long, 3.3 inches wide and 0.73 inches thick. Compared to the first generation of PSP-3000 - 6.6 inches x 2.3 inches x 0.63 inches, the NGP console is significantly bigger. Will NGP fit in the average pocket? Its weight, however, is definitely lighter than the first-generation of PSP.
- HardwareARM Corex – A9 Core, the quad-core processor will definitely deliver a powerful performance in portable gaming. It is supposedly capable of running PlayStation 3 games - as rumored. This hasn’t been confirmed by Sony yet.

- Standard and 3G ModelThe NGP will have two different models available, the Standard and 3G models. For the model with 3G support, you will be able to play online anywhere over the wireless network, as long as you subscribed with a provider.
- Interface and GamesThe NGP’s combination of dual-analog sticks, gyroscopes, button and touch screen(s) will allow all players to fully enjoy different portable gaming entertainment. Many exciting game titles are coming, including Uncharted, Killzone, Resistance and more... These games were always held back by the PSP’s inferior graphics and lack of dual-analog sticks, but not anymore with NGP’s quad-core processor and superior GPU.
